When will Nailbot ship out if I place a new pre-order?Updated a month ago

All orders placed before April 27, 2023 have shipped! New Nailbot Kit Orders placed after April 28, 2023 will be shipped during our next drop in early Fall 2023. 

The pandemic, the global chip shortage, and port delays make it difficult to provide narrower shipping windows for Nailbot Kit. All customers will be notified once their order ships and receive tracking information. If you need to update your shipping address after your pre-order is placed, please email [email protected]. Replacement consumables (Nailbot Ink Cartridge and Nailbot Nail Care Accessory Kit) are available for immediate shipment.
